Shipping Policy

Purchases will be shipped via USPS Monday through Friday with the exception of Federal Holidays. Please contact us if you would like your purchase expedited. In an effort to reduce shipping costs and help the environment we use recycled shipping materials.

Return Policy

Merchandise will be accepted for exchange or refund if it is returned in as new condition within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns or exchanges can be arranged by emailing store@ohtm.org or calling 207-594-4418. Upon receipt and confirmation of returned condition of an item, we will refund your full purchase price less any shipping fees.

Privacy Policy

When you place an order with the Owls Head Transportation Museum, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, credit card information, and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We do not share your information with anyone. We use your information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of shipping information and notifying you of special offers or museum events (only if you choose to be included on our mailing list).
